A tiny school and community library serving a school community of 390 students year 1-12.
They run an agriculture course and are part of the Stephanie Alexander Edible Garden scheme. The students grew and cooked their produce, for our morning tea. A real privilege to visit this community.
Hi, I'm librarypaula, a professional librarian working in Christchurch, NZ, managing
Riccarton High School's interests in the
Upper Riccarton School & Community Library; NZ's largest urban joint-use library.
I'm passionate about the role technology can play in students education and learning, love linking anyone to a great book and am often being told to "be quiet" in our library!
